About Me

My name is Sydney Clarridge. I am originally from Rochester, however I started my higher education at the University of Tampa. After my sophomore year, I decided to come home and attend RIT. I am now a senior at Rochester Institute of Technology pursuing my bachelors degree in marketing with a minor in advertising and public relations. I am passionate for all things creative and aesthetic.

I currently have experience in technical marketing, as my co-op was done at Practical Instruments Electronics, as well as social media marketing experience working with the Inn on Broadway as a marketing intern. I also have held a part-time job as a waitress throughout my college career at The Gate House Café.

After graduation I will be moving to Houston, Texas to be closer to family and look for my first “big girl” job. I would like to start my career in an advertising agency as I hope to one day become a brand manager. Although I am unsure what kind of business I would start, I also hope to become an entrepreneur further along in my career.

I am so grateful for what feel like such a brief time in college and I am looking forward to the next chapter.
