
Caroline Lupisella is a recent graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations. Currently, she is on track to graduate in May 2027 with a Master of Business Administration.
Regarding her professional experience, Caroline has worked in the fields of advertising and public relations for a local branding agency, ninety two. In that role, she focused on building ninety two’s social media presence and boosting the company’s SEO with informative blog posts. Her client work consisted of writing website copy and managing social media accounts. Past employers and collaborators have highly marked Caroline’s work ethic, problem-solving, and leadership.
One of Caroline’s greatest passions is her involvement in Linking Hands for Learning. LHFL is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports school construction efforts in developing countries. Caroline has fundraised for and volunteered to build 10 schools in the mountain communities of El Sauce, Nicaragua. As of August 2024, she earned the position of board member and now participates in decision-making.
In the future, Caroline hopes to utilize her passion for creativity and storytelling by developing engaging advertising campaigns. As a Rochester native, she knows the area and is interested in furthering her career with local companies.
